How to book
Provisional bookings can be made by telephone or e-mail and are held for seven days.
To confirm the booking, a non refundable deposit of 20% is required which can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
The balance of your booking is required 8 weeks prior to arrival along with a damage and key loss deposit of £100. This further deposit is returned to you once the departure check has been carried out and Lodge keys have been returned.
In the event of cancellation within 56 days of your arrival, 75% of your total booking fee is liable.
In the event of cancellation within 42 days of arrival, the full booking fee is non refundable.
We would always recommend that you check that you have appropriate cancellation insurance to cover all eventualities as we have to strictly enforce our cancellation policy.
